The Detergent Dispenser Configuration page is used to configure and monitor an individual detergent dispensing device managed by a vending unit.

This page provides identification details, operational status, group assignment, and connectivity information for the dispenser.

You can access this page by selecting a drying machine from the Equipment Items list or from the Devices Page overview of a Vending Unit.

Detergent Dispenser Configuration Settings


This page allows operators and service personnel to:

  • Identify the detergent dispenser in the system
  • Assign it to an equipment group
  • Link a programs template
  • Monitor its current operational status
  • Check network and connectivity information

The top section contains general device information:

  • Name — device name (e.g. Waschmittelspender)
  • Serial — unique serial identifier (e.g. TRE01_10)
  • Type — equipment type (Detergent Dispenser)
  • Category — equipment category
  • ParentVending Unit controlling this device
  • Company — owning company
  • Warehouse — Defines the physical or logical location of the device

On the right side, the current device state is displayed (is clicable - navigate to Detergent Dispenser Event List) and Refresh Latest Event button.


The following tabs are available:

  • General — main configuration and status information
  • Remote — remote access and connectivity options

The General section contains the core configuration parameters:

  • IP Address — network address of the device
  • Image Hash — identifier of the installed firmware/image
  • Machine Status — current state of the dispenser
    (e.g. Idle, Selected Program: 2)
  • Equipment Group — assigned group (e.g. Detergent)
    This determines where the dispenser appears in the vending unit menu.
  • Programs Template — defines the default program configuration (Program Template) assigned to this machine
  • Address — internal device address or node number
  • User — system user assigned to the device (if applicable)

The Advanced section provides diagnostic and connectivity data:

  • Version Update — installed firmware version
  • Last Event — most recent device event (e.g. Ready)
  • VPN Client — VPN connection status
  • Actual IP — current external IP address (with copy option)
  • VPN Last Activity — timestamp of last VPN communication
  • Info / Info Date — additional system information

This section is primarily used for troubleshooting and service diagnostics.


At the top of the page, smart buttons provide quick access to related information:

  • Programs — opens the list of programs available for this device
  • OpenVPN — opens VPN configuration and monitoring tools
