Card Terminal Configuration
The Card Terminal is a type of equipment used to manage payment or interaction terminals within the system. It allows you to register devices, configure operational parameters, execute actions, and monitor events generated during usage.
How to Create a Card Terminal
Section titled “How to Create a Card Terminal”- Go to:
- Equipment
- Click New
- In the field Type, select Card Terminal
- Enter:
- Name of the device
- other required fields (if applicable)
- Optionally:
- upload or assign an image of the device
- Click Save

Default Limitation
Section titled “Default Limitation”By default, the system allows creating only one device of the Card Terminal type.
To change this limit:
- Open the Card Terminal equipment type configuration
- Locate the field:
- Maximal Devices Count
- Set the desired number of devices
- Save changes

Device Actions
Section titled “Device Actions”From the equipment form, the following actions are available:
- Activate Service Mode
- Perform End of Day
These actions allow direct control of the terminal behavior.
Event Monitoring
Section titled “Event Monitoring”To monitor terminal activity:
- Click the event indicator/button near the device image
(shows the latest status, e.g., Ready) - You will be redirected to the Events page
Events Page
Section titled “Events Page”The events list contains:
- Event Date
- Equipment Item
- GUID
- Status (Informative / Resolved)
- Name (e.g., Ready, Error)
- Sub code
- Description
- Resolved At
- Duration
- Tags (e.g., Technical)

This provides full visibility into terminal operations and issues.
